3 year old hosting company - 7300+ income

I have decided to get out of the hosting business to "simplify my life". This has been my hosting company for almost 3 years now and has a great set of clients that are VERY faithful for the shear fact that they know their site is always there. (we have had 1 hour total downtime in 3 years).

    url: www.dcdhosting.com

The site itself doesn't get a ton of traffic for the simple reason I don't market it. I never wanted all the typical hosting clients and the problems that go along with them. With some simple marketing you could boost the traffic up to some great levels (if that's what you want).

I also have about 100 sites of my own on here that will be moved to a private server after someone has committed to buying this company. It shouldn't take more than a week (or less) to move them.

There are also 9 clients that run Java based sites, we have always supported Java and run a Resin servlet engine. IF the new owner does not want to support Java I can (and will take those clients with me) so when you bid make sure to let me know if you want those clients or not. The Resin servlet engine requires a yearly support license fee of $300.

There is also one client that requires a Postgresql database. (if you dont want to support that I can take her with me too)

Right now I run this company on a VERY expensive dedicated server ($279 a month) for the simple fact that a lot of my personal applications require the power of it. With my apps gone you can run all these clients on a $99 server solution quite easily, leaving you with a super profit margin!

Clients are paying by a variety of methods right now. I use 2checkout, Paypal and have quite a few clients I invoice and they pay by check (yearly accounts only). You will get a full list of these accounts, how to contact them, what plan they are on and how they pay so you can make arrangements for billing. There are also approximately 30 accounts (all mini plan accounts) that were given free hosting until Jan 1st when they bought sites from me. They all know they will be required to pay $40 per year starting Jan. 1st.

You will also notice from the site that our prices are quite a bit higher than most hosting companies today. Our clients dont mind paying these prices AT ALL because once again we run a solid server and make sure they dont have downtime problems!

    Monthly income is as follows:

January: $1760 (includes the new accounts to be billed this Jan.)
    February: $1555
    March: $310.00
    April: $625.00
    May: $220.00
    June: $303.88
    July: $1165.00
    August: $300.00
    Sept: $715.00
    Oct: 0
    Nov: $130.00
    Dec: $227.88

Terms of sale are as follows: 50% payment at end of auction / Balance when I am ready to "turn the keys" over to you. I have to have the whole thing done BEFORE Nov. 3rd as I am going on vacation for 2 weeks the 4th.
