3 weeks to PR2 site!

On the 4th March 09 I registered and created a new website, it was uploaded and I started forum and blog commenting, now 3 weeks on and 1 article later the site is 2nd on Googles first page with a Page Rank of 2!

All i did was blog comment, forum comment, 1 x article submitted and dugg (1 digg) 3 stumbles, submitted to directories. Done.

I now have to keep this up to get to #1 spot.

 

Its very attractive results for you. We are waiting yet. We submitted hundreds blog comments, hundreds articles, back links, directory, social bookmarking and more in last 6 six months but i didn't get good results yet.

For me it took 2 months to get pagerank 2. Still I had first page results on google before this. Maybe higher pr has helped a little thou..

 

congrats on your work. The price you could sell links for on your site has definitely increased!

 

For SU - it is a NF - so that probably didn't help you there. I can't remember if Digg is DF or NF. All the other things you did right - and it beats one of my sites...took two months to get to PR 3 and I was in the top three in a few niches - and I thought I was doing good - so congrads on the good work!

There is no luck to this for those who said the person is lucky. He looks up information and applies it, whereas a lot of people would read information, but they won't apply what they learn.

 

Digg is DF, but of no value, usual posts have PR0. Better write articles, an extra-ordinary article itself can make more than thousands backlinks.

Congrats on your results, I have been using fairly similar techniques and got some pretty good rankings. Just got to keep working and get to that top spot

PR does not matter. ppl, please understand this. here is an - example. in the first position you will find PR0 site and in the third position you will find PR6 site... actually all sites except the one in first position are the authority sites...

 

Ranked 2nd on googles first page for what keyword? I can rank for a term like "alaska chunkerbutts" in no time because there is no competition. Good job on your results but it's also important to target competitive markets and rank well for popular search terms.
