Getting high quality links is the main factor that will get any website or web pages indexed. However there is no connection with a Google PR4 and Microsoft's page score! You can't simply say that a website that has PR4, will be considered a good website by Microsoft too.

 

useless, Live search indexed my site about 200 pages, but no traffic from it at all
