$3 to $5 in adsense daily

Sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask.

I have a site that makes about $3 to $5 in adsense daily, I'm trying to sell it but don't know how much it would sell for, any ideas or tools I could use??

depends where you sell it. Recently alot of sites now sell for around 3 months of revenue, though you can earn up to 10 months.

The question is, how much is worth it for you to lose that income? if the site requires little work and you are happy to leave it to run by itself then that income, over 1-2 years is worth more then you might be able to sell it for. So either list it at the minimum amount that you would part with it for, or list it for low and make good use of the reserve function.

Don't forget to remove your adsense ads from the site or you will face problems, transferring ownership of a website that still have your ads is really bad., put some picture.jpg that match the size of ads instead of the ads and tell the buyer to replace them with his own.

 

websites always depend on niche and traffic sources and you can sell your site with 8 to 10month revenue good luck

 

In other fields of business you would be looking at 3 years revenue, it's frustrating that websites are different. 10 months revenue is hardly worth selling in my opinion.

 

It's not a bad start. Why don't you try selling it on Flippa?

 

I agree with GregWR, the adsense might ban the website if they found something wrong. The buyer is baring the risk, 8 to 10 months revenue is abit hard, 6 months earning is more reasonable

GregWR, a website is much easier to develop, run and maintain than a "brick and mortar" business. So unlike other offline business, a website related business would usually sell for a few months income whereby other businesses sell for a couple years income.

 

To sell it,I would Go for Floppa

It is Flippa and good place for selling website, but your site should be earning before so that you can get good value.

depending on the niche and the page rank, you can sell a site on flippa fairly easily regardless of earnings or traffic. I sold a site a few months back that had ZERO earnings and only 2-5 visitors a day per google analytics. Now i didn't make a killing but I easily doubled my initial cost of the site.
