if i were you put 768x90 at the top
consider 336x300 in the middle
and 160x600 in the sidebar

and dont forget link unit also in the sidebar

I would consider to make the most left skyscraper titles blue (0000FF) to attract most people there as that is the best paying one.

nice concept man. I have yet to tried it, but i'm sure it would get you some good value for $$$ i.e. higher click rate and cost per click
