3 sites for quick sale, Proxy with revenue, PR3 directory & PR2 forum!

We're selling the following sites due to lack of time to develop the projects as originally intended. All domains are a free push into GoDaddy accounts, hosting is not included but you can get it from us if needed.

None of these sites are promoted, but they get organic traffic- with a bit of promotion you've got yourself some idle money makers.

Neat clean proxy with traffic and some revenue. Looking to let this go for $65. Since June it has made $20 but traffic was very little in July. If advertised properly it will make a good amount of money. The advertising links don't need to stay, neither does the banner. I've attached revenue stats from AdSense.

Second up :: www.hottestmusic.org
Ranks @ PR2, you can validate it anywhere. It is a forum which is pretty much empty (has injected content) but gets hits as its indexed in Google and ranks #1 for the search term hottest music. It has minor traffic about 30 hits per day. Sorry I don't have detailed stats on it to present.

You'll notice it has about 300,000+ lyrics in the lyrics section and some topics imported off RSS. Along with the forum you'll get a script that I coded to import RSS feeds into forum.

The template is free pretty much and the logo is a custom. I'm looking to let this go for $200 as it has great potential. Again, the link at the bottom that points to our company site does not need to stay.

PR3 directory (it was a bought domain). Nice clean layout, has about 350 links going out. The sponsored links except for the template sponsors (which are Linkbuilding Company & Emilie Web Directory) do not need to stay. Assume little to no traffic. It got a few clicks on adsense, which were in the average $1 zone (not bad huh?).
