I need to build a portfolio, so I am going to start out doing simple banner designs for cheap. Pm me or post here, but don't ask to see a portfolio since I don't have one... yet.
Maybe you should give the first 2 or 3 away for free. That way you can add to your portfolio and then start charging higher prices once you have something to show off your work. I have a fairly simple one you could try designing if you want.
