3 sales before 10th not locked

    Hi Guys,

    Strange thing this month, I have 3 sales that took place on 1st, 5th and 8th August this month - before the locking date of the 10th. They have not yet 'locked' and are still showing as 'new'....

    Anyone else experience any delays with locking this month?

    They will be locked at the 10th of the next month. That's how it works.

    Ok, so then is it all sales WITHIN a month, lock on the 10th of the following month (unless they get extended etc)?

    All new commission which has created in this month will be locked in 10th next month. That's how does they work
