3 Questions about Responsive Website's SEO Optimization

    1. Does the keyword meta tag is important as PC?
    2. Should I add the sitemap to responsive website?
    3. Should I add the mobile/desktop switch in the bottem of website?

    I think you've completely missed the point about what a responsive website is

    I don't even understand Q1
    Yes you still need a sitemap
    There is no mobile/desktop switch, it's all handled in the css

    Google and I think a lot of other major search engines ignore keyword metadata.
