How can you find blogs that are related to your site? are there any footprints you can use like in forums?

 

all the blog posts i get to my blog are just spammy links in no way related to my subject matter - when i say they are spam, the days are numbered for this website - they will gt reported to amkit? i think anyway, when they try and spam a blog again the will just get a white screen - i know i used to do it myself until i got fed up with the waste of time.

best ways are just the usual links

paid links, 3 way link exchange, articles, social media, ang and paul, directories

 

I believe, above strategies are great for a SEO.

How long does it take to get into DMOZ? I submitted a site a couple months ago and haven't heard anything since.

Well angela-paul are forum/blog posts, so it's fine to say that Blog and Forum posting helps for SEO.
I'd also add the good old article submission to get your site known, which also helps SEO.

 

I truly support the idea of giving "Free Stuff", for example you have made a WordPress Plugin or have written an e-book , you may distribute its free copies to spread your actual "Word"
