Rebuild your site. Make it attractive to viewers, add interesting articles and lastly go build links to quality websites. Always remember 1000 no quality sites is no match with 12 quality sites.
Update your site with quality content. Update regularly. Join social media like StumbleUpon and Twitter, find your targeted audience and promote your site to them. Give away some of your content to relevant sites in exchange for links, kind of like a guest post for a blog.
Get good quality back-links, make your site more attractive to have maximum visitor loyalty and may be you can optimize it to get unique visitors. Get some quality paid links, get your site reviewed by a good blogger with substantial number of visits on his site.
You need a better domain name. CO.CC domain don't rank very well. According to CopyScape your content isn't that unique either. Try to build more backlinks, this will definitely boost your SERP.
I would look very close at your On-Page SEO elements that you want to target. It seems that you don't even have a proper Title tag. I would also suggest that you find someone that can help you with English Translation, Font Sizes, and CSS Browser issues.

Getting traffic is not only about improving your site look! You could have the most beautiful site ever, if you had no traffic before, you won't gain traffic with the change. So don't waste your time rebuilding your site, yours is good looking enough (my opinion only) and most of all it is functional (which is I guess much more important) What you need is to promote it, write articles, make a blog, lens, stumbleupon it, bookmark it, socialnetworkize it!!!!, get links, exchange links, and most of all build your site description and keyword according to search criteria you think will be more relevant (for the present time, your site has no description, or keywords metas and no title tag!!!). Most of your traffic will come from search engines, so lets work on getting good classification on search results (it's not obvious, but with time you will see the results). Use google adword tools for criteria ranking, and google webmasters tools for getting your most relevant search criteria. You have to know who, and how they visit you, and target those people. Next, and only next, you might considerer making your site, maybe a bit more appealing, so that thos people take pleasure in coming back.
