    Looking for a blog in nearly any niche must be relatively old with a few articles

    PR1 is a plus

    Also doesn't need to have much traffic but a few hits a day is a must

    Must be fairly cheap also

    I don't know if you would be interested but I have a webmaster related blog I am looking to sale. It is about 3 months + older. Was started in late October to beginning of November. It had a great deal of traffic, although the site went offline for a few days back in January. The theme was actually purchased online as well. The site also has SEO setup.
