Selling 3 Micro Niche Sites - Some Adsense Earnings - Quick Sale Wanted

These were sites I purchased as a pack and have not had time to promote them due to lack of time. Even without promotion, these sites have managed to pull in some tiny adsense income, now imagine the potential after promotion.
I want to get rid of these so I can use money and time to focus on other project.

These 'sniper' type sites have taken a real ass kicking from google recently... I see that for the 3 sites put together you are totalling around 30-40 visitors per month...The only KW that you are targeting that has any real value here is 'kitchen aid refrigerator reviews'.... that has a monthly search of around 1000 and a CPC of about 1.50. That one MAY be worth trying to rank for... unfortunately you are on page 3 right now.The thing thats tough is that once the site has been built, established, and indexed by google, it is VERY difficult to undo what the previous owners have done... These sites each have about one page of non-sensical content (no one would in a million years click on an affiliate link from one of these sites). They are going to all need to be completely redone from top to bottom, then snadboxed by google for a few months, and then attempted to rerank. What little content is there will need to be completely rewritten. They will need new themes ect etc.... In fact a person would most likely be better off just totally scrapping the old site.I would be interested in the sites (possibly) for the domain names and a total overhaul.... the problem is this is going to take so much time and those KWs arent really worth spending too much time on.
