I am putting up my 3 Niche Adsense Sites for sale.
All, these are micro niche sites, with the EXACT keyword in the domain. I haven't done any good SEO on them, still they receive some traffic from Google. But, as you can see, I've got great keyword domains, so with little SEO they can rank in top 10 easily.

Description: Again, a GREAT Keyword domains, with unique keyword targetted content on all pages. Onpage SEO factors have been taken care of, and the site is built on Wordpress blogging platform.

Niche: Jewellery Niche, high paying adsense clicks.
Keyword Targeted: mens white gold wedding bands
Average Searches: 2900
Competing Pages: Just about 40k

Site 3:

Manketing.com

Description: The domain itself signifies the Brand. Manketing = Management + Marketing - the two things essential for a business. The site is about online MBA programs, and business related professional courses. This is a high paying adsense niche, and the brand is extremely scalable. Moreover, all articles written on the site are Unique and copyscape passed.

Niche: Online degrees, high paying adsense clicks.
Keywords targeted: online mba programs

As you can see, all these sites are great for your Adsense arsenal. I do not have the revenue stats for these sites, as they were never monitored via a Channel. But, assuming the little traffic I can see, I assume, they earn anything around $0.5-$1 per day or so (I am not sure).
