    I've been a part of this site for over a year now and have been on here almost everyday and this is how they repay me, by having to get likes to be able to do the things I regularly do.. sorry if I'm a little blunt, but F you admins!

    I completely understand that, but how does getting likes for a comment prove you are who you claim to be? I just think you guys should have grandfathered in the people who have been here for a while and who have a clean record

    Correct me if i'm wrong but you have been on here nearly every day for a whole year and only have 61 posts. Maybe that's one reason why they have incorporated likes in to the more desirable activities on DP - to get people involved in conversations across the board?

    You're wrong, it's just going to create a shit load of accounts that were created to give out likes and a lot of useless comments that were written to get likes. The people who come here for one specific thing will get their 3 likes and continue on with their lives

    Get over yourself! I actually find the word "Gay" very offensive. You have no idea how it affects those around you. I remember seeing my girlfriends holding her 18 year old brother who was crying because people made fun of him all day for being gay. It's not cool that you use hurtful words, it just makes you sound like a dick.

    But there won't be shit loads of accounts giving out likes because you have to be established to give out likes, and at the moment it's hard to get established. Also, useless comments won't be liked so that defeats the object.
