    I would seriously recommend you move the auction to someplace like ebay.

    or www.trademe.co.nz because the EGZ (aka Epsom Grammar Zone) is a high value real estate zone and people pay top dollar to have homes or businesses in that area so they can send their daughters to Epsom Girls Grammar and their sons to AGS.

    May seem nutty to an outsider but the value of homes in these zones are artificially inflated, no reason why your domain shouldn't be too!

    Infact, it might even be worth a personal approach to the site owners on this list: http://www.google.co.nz/search?q=epsom+realtors&meta=cr=countryNZ
