3 Infractions for the SAME ISSUE??

Please note: I did read the infraction rule for this forum, but I don't know who the moderator was so I could PM him and ask myself - and this seems a legit case, if not just delete the thread, no biggie...

Now this must be some kind of communist joke, but I can't believe some mod just gave me THREE infractions for the same reason on the same thread:

Apparently it is now bumping when you reply to people that post in your thread. Here are all the posts I got infractions for:

That was because I specifically bolded the part of the thread where it said not to ask for PMs, but instead take some initiative and PM me - this wasn't a simple bump, it was putting more emphasis on the PM ME part of the thread.

How are people supposed to know if the offer is still open after seeing all those people stating the fact that they sent me a PM? Would it satisfy you if someone came and bumped the thread asking the question and have me reply and bump the thread AGAIN?

How is this even counted as a bump? It offered more insight into the thread by STATING THE END DATE OF THE OFFER - I chose to set the date after I received PMs and saw how much people would take advantage of the offer. This must have been the worst call by a DP mod of all time.

I wouldn't have minded if the moderator gave me one infraction for the thread, but to give three infractions is wrong - mainly because he didn't even give me a right to correct myself.

I know these infractions expire, but this is mostly a suggestion to DP webmaster(s) to tell their mods to ease off every now and then. You got ahead of WebmasterWorld because you had a bustling forum with good members, don't let that go to waste because of (one/few) moderators..

I attached a screenshot (had photoshop open)...

.Essence. has told it like it is. PM sent type message are always subject to infractions. Such messages when posted in a sales thread are considered to be bumps. In other threads they incur padding post count infractions. When you send a PM recipient knows.
