Your "opening ads in a new window" ? That is against TOS and WILL get you banned my friend!

E-mail Adsense with the exact story you just told us. I didn't really understand, but if it has something to do with invalid clicks no one at Digital Point can help you. Shoulda just e-mailed them first!

    Goodluck.

How do you know they opened them in separate windows...unless you are causing that yourself, in which case: what FanAddict said.

They couldn't have plausibly clicked the same advertisement 21 times, so it must have been in a new window. But why would they?

If you haven't already done so, you might want to report the incident to Google. :)

I don't think that Google counts an impression if you just backarrow and click another link. It will count the impression if you hard-refresh the page only (from my experience) So, it doesn't necessarily have to have been opened in a new window.

Dude, stop wasting your time here, Get the IP address of the visitor(S), block them from further using your site.

Compile a report about click bombing along with the offender's IP address and send the mail to Google at once..
    this might save your account..

Are you nuts? or Playing joke here??
Analyze your Log file.. that will give you Visitor's IP. If your telling the truth, you are going to get banned anyways, so better inform google right away, thats your only chance of surviving. Otherwise have a great day..

Why would one flame you for asking a question?

The Log file resides on your web server. *nix or Windows logs every visitor visiting your website (including robots). the same log file is being used when you use web stat analyzer like awstats. The location of this log file depends on your server configuration. if you are unaware of the location ask you host.

To get the IP of a visitor you need to look carefully in your logfile and match time etc. you can simply use awstats to analyze or you can go for some offline analyzer like Weblog expert (its not free)
