no, but i use the tag of del.icio.us. and yahoo also uses those tags as related articles.

such as: del.icio.us, digg, mybloglog.
of cause, you should better not spam. all your work should base on quality content. then make good optimization for you articles, including: title, keywords, description, internal links, etc..
