Selling 3 Game Based Gaming Forums - Empty and Set Up With Some Members

Hi, im looking to sell the forums gtavgroup.com, borderlands2group.com and halo4group.com. The forums are based on popular games and will last a long time even after the game has come out. The forums are already set up and styles with their own colour scheme and logos. There are members on each forum however those could be regarded as spammers however the forum does get a couple visitors now and then and with hard word and SEO these forums could become a big hub for players of the games.

You should probably clean up that GTAVgroup website. I went through about 40% of the posts and am turned off by the fact that I'd have to remove all the spam. I could simply truncate the databse but what's the point then? I'm buying a forum skin and domain for $70...
