    You would think that with all the rules your directory is at least PR8
    i.e.
    - Capitalize the first letter of each word in the title
    - Do not use excessive promotional language in your title or descriptions, sites that use promotional language too much will be edited or deleted, depends on my mood.
    - Websites that doesn't provide the real e-mail address will be deleted.
