    I have 3 established mini niche sites for sale with unique content, using wordpress cms and set up to earn from adsense & amazon. All 3 sites have keyword domains and 2 are on the 1st page of google for their domain keywords.

    Sliding Door Wardrobe
    Age of site: 9 months Domain expiry: 03/09/2011
    Monthly broad search 22,200 cpc $1.77
    Adsense income: $6.57 Oct to Nov
    BIN $55

    Waterproof Dog Coat - SOLD
    Age of site: 10 months Domain expiry: 02/15/2011
    Monthly broad search 9,900 cpc $.93
    Adsense income: $6.08 Oct to Nov
    BIN $50

    Cargo Pants For Women
    Age of site: 8.5 months Domain expiry: 02/26/2011
    Monthly broad search 6,600 cpc $1.20
    Adsense income: $4.93 Oct to Nov
    BIN $40


    The sites do get a small amount of traffic but do need additional promotion to increase it. They have a lot of potential as there are various keywords on each site that can be targeted. Besides adsense, amazon products can also be sold for additional revenue.

    All three domains are registered at namecheap (free push).

    Sliding Door Wardrobe has a high PR domain ranking first and 2nd spot is a high PR url. The 2nd and 3rd site are .info domains. Do you have anything else to sell besides these?

    Actually that is not true you can outrank a higher pr domain because PR doesn't guarantee you top spots for keywords. And this site was in higher position but I haven't been continuing with the link building for awhile now so it certainly can be improved. It does help to have an exact keyword domain too. By the way info domains can rank high too so I wouldn't turn my nose up at them. The waterproof dog coat site outranks both the .com and .net with the .org in 1st spot. As they say don't judge a book by it's cover.

    I do have other sites available but I haven't listed them yet so you will have to contact me by pm or wait until I open another thread for them.

    I can set up the site if buyer's hosting has cpanel for an additional charge of $5.
