I have hired 3 employees in our indian office at $85 a month ..They work like 7 hours a day 26 days a month .. Dat means 26*7= 182 hours a month .. In other words i am paying 50 cents per hour to them for work . So what i can do with these employees to earn some profit . If you are a US resident then you can submit articles to associatedcontent.com for $3~$7 a piece. Or you could start a directory submission service but those are getting crowded...

See what else can your employees do, like website making, graphic designers, etc. If they know such skills, then you can have a better use of them.
Wow, you're really lucky to get employees for that cheap. As for recovering your money, how is the quality of their articles? If it's average, you might be able to recover your money (255$) in just a day assuming its 60 articles and at least 400 words each.
You should hire the employees with something in mind, it would not be logical to hire 3 employees and start asking what you should do with them. A proper plan should precedes any such employment.
Whoa $85? Where did you find these guys? Anyway why would you hire them in the first place if you aren't sure what you want them to do?
Frankly it is nothing to feel strange about. In developing countries wages are far lesser than that of the developed countries. I think you can hire an engineer in India for about $300 previously, not sure of the situation now as the salaries in India skyrocketed quite a lot following its popularity as a outsourcing center.

Well you can offer a linkbuilding service and get them to do linkbuilding campaigns for the orders, give them forums to build links, ask them to do directory submissions, blog commenting, the list is endless and can earn you handsome every month, this all provided they have free time I am from India, even i m surprised to have where you found those guys that cheap, guys having good communication skills and computer knowledge dont come that cheap here dear
Dont wanna be off topic but I really pity the guys in the west they hire labor for such a high pricing.. I had posted in a couple of business forums about just the web development.. i know business owners paying $xxxx a month just to update their blog with latest news.. while i do a whole e commerce project for under $1000.. you know for guys of subcontinent and most part of asia.. who still not getting projects from the west, that sucks !
