3 website for sale in the Dog Niche! All with great, keyword rich domain names.

Dog training and dog related niches are very popular. Here are some traffic numbers from Google Keyword Tool

Dog training - 1,220,000 global monthly searches
Puppy training - 450,000 global monthly searches

and these are just the main keywords of this topic. The sites have great contents, and there are many different ways to monetize websites in this niche. You can promote ClickBank, Commission Junction and Amazon products, or place adsense on the sites.

Bid early and don't miss out on this chance to win your own, great, aged DOG TRAINING web sites.

Reason for selling: I have a lot of websites and I'm unable to maintain all of them, and I haven't had any time to spend on these websites lately so I've decided to sell those websites that I'm not an expert on.

    SITE #1: http://www.dogtrainingresource.org/ + FORUM
    ----------------------------------------------------

This site has a lot of content already (34 posts, 57 pages). On the main site there are dog training videos, training guides, breed and dog health descriptions posted. We have short articles written on the TOP 50 dog breeds (which in itself will bring in a lot of traffic in time), and there are also other articles written.

The site also has a discussion forum here: http://www.dogtrainingresource.org/forum/
At the moment we have 182 members and nearly 700 posts on the forum. And we also have returning users so the forum is just taking off. And you know the best thing about forums is that they build themselves. Just browse through the threads and you'll see that there are a lot of quality posts and discussions going on.

The forum is running on MyBB which is an easy-to-use FREE forum software. We have a custom theme built for the forum so it would match the look of the main site. SEO friendly URLs are enabled and the forum also has quality advertising plugins available.

The forum already has a PR1.

The domain name was registered and the site was established on 8/30/2011.

The site and the forum have a lot of backlinks.

    SITE #2: http://www.dogtickremoval.net/ - PR1
    ---------------------------------------------

The domain name was registered and the site was established on 7/9/2011.

This is a custom-built website based on HTML and PHP. It's still very easy to use. I chose not to build this site on Wordpress because I wanted to see if custom built sites are doing better in Google or not. It shouldn't be too difficult to rank for the main keywords and Of course the exact match domain name helps a lot.

This site also received a lot of backlinks and have a good amount of content.

    dogtickremoval.net traffic details:
    Unique Visitors: 121
    Pageviews: 233

    SITE #3: http://www.puppytrainingresource.com/ - PR1
    ----------------------------------------------------

The domain name was registered and the site was established on 8/30/2011.

This site received a little less attention than the previous two, but it still has good contents and a lot of backlinks.

    Traffic details:
    Unique Visitors: 13
    Pageviews: 17

    BONUS!!!
    --------

As a bonus, the buyer will also receive the followings:

    - Over a 1000 PLR article package in the dog niche
    - FREE site transfer to the new server (if requested)
    - My FULL support after the sale as long as needed

    What comes with the sale?
    -------------------------

    - All related gmail addresses

Please send me a PM or ask here if you have any questions!

I really loved the site and was very close to binning but then when i went into Dog Grooming and also Dog Health, AVAST virus warnings popped up warning about Malware Injection. Avast has never false alarmed for me so you obviously have a big issue you may not know about.

A shame, a really good site but this has scared me off:(

    Hi,

I'm using Panda and never received any warnings nor anyone complained before. I never used AVAST, but heard numerous times that it gives false warnings.

Nonetheless, I'll check my server and my files and ask my hosting provider to run their check as well.

If there is indeed some malware there, it can be removed quite easily. So no reason to get scarred :) And as I stated in the description the buyer will have my full support after the sale.

EDIT: I've updated WP and all the plugins to the latest version. Are you still getting warnings? I also reported the issue to Hostgator, they are looking into it. Just to be on the safe side.

Im afraid its still triggering the warnings.....something about iframes. I admit to having low level skills so i can only rely on AVAST, perhaps some one more experienced can check and see if it is indeed a major problem or just AVAST being over sensitive.

My host finished their scan and found no issues with the site. I guess it was a false warning after all.

You need to look at your wordpress theme's files for the following code:
Someone has injected this code into your Wordpress files. Would recommend changing your Wordpress theme, until you find out how this occurred and of course where the iframe code is.

Just checked the files line by line, and found nothing. I've run the check and it's clean.

    Check the link.

It's because the iframe hasn't been inserted on your main directory header or footer. Also, I noticed you changed the theme for your categories and as I said ... well your previous theme is infected, so of course the sucuri website won't show any malware. :p

I've changed the theme while I was checking the files on the other theme. I checked the files line by line and found nothing. It's possible that another file was infected, but when snooks warned me, I immediately updated the blog to the latest version and that possibly overwrote the infected file and the result sucuri showed was coming from the cached version.

Anyways, I've checked again and sucuri shows the site clean.
