3 Different Spots - 3 Different Codes

    I have 3 different adblocks on my website.
    I have placed 3 different channels (1 channel per advert)
    I have done this as I want to see which adblock gets the most clicks.

    How will this effect my CTR?
    Will it decrease my earnings at all?

    I don't think this will affect your CTR. Channels are used to see which ads perform best.

    It won't effect your CTR or decrease your earnings at all.
    You will just find out which ad block area(channel) performs best.

    the channel feature wouldnt be there if it affected anything, people do it all the time and your overall ctr will be the same and you'll see different ctr for each ad placement which is pretty good :D

    test for your best placement always wise. try to chnage color, size and placement for the best results. ^^
