    I submitted an order 2 weeks ago. I asked that it be completed in one week. I am still waiting to receive my articles and have received no response to an email that I sent a few days ago.

    I used you guys a year ago with the same results. Thought I would try again, but clearly you still have a problem biting off more than you can chew.

    I hate to say this, but CyberHubOnline has turned into online scammers. They told me they will give me my articles within a certain time period, which didn't happen.
    Later, they apologized for that, and said they will refund my money within a week or so. It didn't happpen.
    So, I asked them again, and their reply was "we are waiting for approval from management".
    Are you kidding? I patiently sent at least 10-12 emails so far, and they still have not issued a refund for the $100-300 which I paid them.
    This is the first time I am getting into this type of article writing scam!
