I'm selling one of my Micro Niche Sites which is already ranking in the search engines.

Why this site is a great purchase:
    • High number of searches and high CPC, all visitors from US which assures high income for each click - well researched niche
    • Exact Match Domain - easy to rank
    • Already ranking in the search engines with onpage SEO only - build some backlinks to move it up the rankings
    • High quality theme for high CTR
    • 100% unique, high quality articles

    The numbers:
    • 8100 broad monthly searches (6600 from US)
    • 1600 exact monthly searches (1600 from US)

    • Ranking at #20 in Yahoo
    • Ranking at #23 in Bing
    • Ranking at #50 in Google
    • Just a few backlinks will boost these rankings!

There is hardly any traffic at the moment but as soon as it moves up the rankings it should improve.

^^ Same question. I tried using SEMRush on your site but you don't show up.

It ranks for the keyword 'Used Cars in RI'.

I use IBP to check my rankings - SEMrush is good for finding keywords which you don't realise you're ranking for, but I've had a lot of sites which are ranking for fairly competitive keywords and SEMrush says it can't find any data for that website. I'm not sure how it finds it's data to be honest, it couldn't possibly pick every term that's mentioned on your website and then check them all in a blink of an eye, so there must be some database which doesn't record more obscure terms, I don't know.

Here's a screenshot of the rankings in IBP:

I check it manually but seems your site outranked at no where for the stated keyword.

People get different results depending on their location, among other factors. I use programs like IBP to ensure I track consistent rankings, as do most others who are serious about SEO.

I use aol. AOL basically use US IP location. So am I wrong? IBP is not an accurate tool.
