I'm off to sleep now, so I'll reply to anything new right when I wake up. Thanks for all your entries so far!
@guideline, I like the logo; it's nice and simple. FB cover is pretty good, too. Edit: The FB cover looks like vegetables. It's not too relevant to the theme of the site.
@guideline I like the colours in the first one, but the logo gets lost in it. The logo stands out much better in the second one, but I don't like the background as much. Good going so far!
@katesrobyn that looks better now! And the footer graphic is nice. Here's a question: Could the tree-ish logo be made into a nice favicon? The FB header looks good too, but could you please tell me what the elements in the background are? I couldn't figure that out.
.. facebook page is aloe vera plants with raindrops, aloe vera plants used in many ways for health and beauty during medieval era and up to these days. I just put color effects to highlight the logo, that gives energy power to its environment, and it turns color green.
When you describe it that way, it's very appealing Not too sure about the favicon at the moment though. At 16x16, I think the tree breaks down. Can we try something at that resolution? I just read that some people create favicons at 48x48, 32x32 and 16x16. I didn't know that before, but I know 16x16 is used in desktop browsers at least. Since you've done 1/2 of (2) in my second post, i.e. the graphic above the footer, could you please also do the wavy graphic, and that'll be your (and only!) entry for part (2) of my contest? Thanks!
This was a very tight contest between @mvg777, @guideline, and @katesrobyn. @katesrobyn, I like everything you did the most, so you are the winner of all 3 mini-contests! @mvg777 and @guideline, I like what you did so much that I will still send something your way. All 3 of you, please PM me with your PayPal email addresses.
