Not with new websites, even with those high paying niches. It is possible for somewhat old sites with niches like mesothelioma, mortgage etc.
yes it is possible if you are driving quality traffic to good niche advertisers . If your drived traffic converts into sales then you can earn upto $5 per click . I know few keywords and many works great on USA traffic .
getting $3 / click is nearly imposiible. if advertiser is novice with adwords and bids wrong, you may get high paying clicks. as an experiment, last year i set up a campaign and bidded 0,02$ / click for google network sites. my campaign got hundreds of thousands of impressions for known high paying keywords at popular sites. so why people is waiting for high paying clicks? try to improve your CTR, dont follow keywords.
At one point in time you could get $10/click. Not anymore though. The days of high-paying keywords is dead.
What value is good for you for one click? It's not easy to find true keywords and use them for website. I did about 60-70cents for one click but not much Generally a few cents per click or ZERO
It depends on your niche. I've had $5+ and even $6+ clicks before for blogs I manage for a client. Totally depends on your niche.
