I'm selling these sites and moving on to a bigger project. These 3 cheat sites all run the same script, cheatspirit.com and consolecheats.net use the same database and cheatspro.info runs off another database. Cheats are automatically added (gets cheats from another cheat site) through the admin panel (screenshots will be provided to those who are interested). I paid over $400 for the script, database and admin panel. They're not custom made and resell rights are NOT included. I'm no php coder so there is very little I can do if these scripts don't work on your server.
