I agree with Rage... go buy a nice .me... one word... ..it has more potential than a mix between letters and numbers and especially with a .org... ..
.me seems like it'll do fairly nice and maybe even move itself into the 4th position of the TLD list pretty soon.. ..get a word with a lot of hits in the .me... at least 5million results and you should do fine!!! :D

They're not worth anything right now, maybe in the future.

Yes, perhaps in the future when they are in limited supply, then they will be
    worth more...maybe, maybe not.
...but right now, they are not worth very much unless they mean something like H2O...or something of the sort.

Cool.. Thanks for the opinion.. I rather went for two dot nets and two dot coms, and though they are bigger/longer in terms of characters and one even have a number.. But I think they'll do well in the future. Keeping my fingers crossed!

i personally think .orgs are still more valuable than the overhyped .me for now
so if you are planning on flipping go with .org if you will hold-on to it then go for other extensions

Thats a good advice I reckon.... I just hate .ME domains.... Org domains are much better compared to any unusual extensions.

I think you should register and develop it. Especially if it is a memorable one.
