Selling 3 Article Directories and One FatCow Hosting

    I want to sell my three article directories.
    The sites have great potential and one site have PR2.
    These sites in total making $10 per month for now, but the earnings will increase in the future.
    I have done some promotion and link building for these sites. If you do continuous promotion, sites will earn big money.
    The sites are optimized for adsense.
    The hosting is on FatCow and it have almost one year for renewal.
    Hosting is alone $55 and you can host these sites there.
    There is no need for domain transfer, because all of the accounts will be given to the buyer and he can change domain details there.
    If the buyer prefers, I will transfer the files and other settings to the buyers hosting account or to the included FatCow hosting account.

    The website address are given on the post.
    And I dont have a BIN in mind..
    The sale includes a fatcow hosting account and you dont have to pay anything for hosting.
    I will transfer all sites to the hosting account and will make sure all things working ok.

    How do you check if the articles that are submited are unique or not? Also are all the earnings from adsense?

    I am sorry, actually thats a mistake happened when I created this listing.
    Tried to edit, but cant edit that section.
    Articles are not unique, they can be seen on other article directories..

    Earnings are from adsense.. I recently started to use some hosting banners on the sites, but till now did not have any sales..
