3 active Infraction points but shows 5 total.

    my profile has 3 un-expired infraction points but it shows total of 5 points at top of the infraction tab.Does that mean I will get permanently banned when it reaches total of 10 points even if all the points had expired?

    You have 5 active infractions; not 3. Look at the second page of your infraction list.
