Buying $3.50 for 2 mins work; reduce a transparent png

First to reply who can do this, gets it, however I need it doing now.

I will email you a transparent png logo, i need it reducing by 50% and emailed back to me, as a transparent png, with no loss of quality.

$3.50 upon completion via paypal.

there's no such thing as reducing the size without loss of quality, especially by 50%

 

you can do this with image magick with a simple command on most vps boxes out there

I need someone to reduce the physical size by 50% (it is currently 749 x 106, so make it 375 x 53 pxl) but keep it transparent & png
