Selling 3.5 year old domain PR music/mp3/codes type domain name Income and traffic + Bonus

Just looking to sell the last of the sites I have. Going back to work and don't have time for this anymore. The main site I have is one that I acquired as a dropped site. It was PR 2 but went to PR 1 in the last update. Should go back up as it's gotten some backlinks since I've owned it. The update should be soon and this could be a diamond in the rough with new backlinks and indexed pages, which can viewed here:

Traffic is good and steady, as well as the adsense income, which was $4 for last month and should be about the same this month. I think it could be better if the theme were tweaked a bit. This is a 3.5 year old domain and has some great potential. Here's a screen shot of the awstats:

I have two other sites that I'm going to include with this one with a BIN purchase. They're startups that I worked on the past few months and have good potential for both.

The first is a Twitter info product site, that was intended for list building, but could be a used to sell the the products on it, or others as well. This can be a great IM list building site or a member site too. The products on the site are ones' that I have master resell rights to so a sale would transfer those rights as well.

The traffic is good and gaining momentum for a new registration. Here's a screen of the awstats:

The next site is a gamer blog with a unique design I did myself. My intention was to do a weekly game review site, featuring the latest games listed on amazon's upcoming game page here:

There you have it. This is a good opportunity to get a snowballing site and two up and comers. The bonuses are good niches, gaming and Twitter and the main site is going to be an earner in the coming months...wish I had time to keep after them.
