    How do i apply the patch? ive downloaded it, do i just upload/overwrite the files?

    Read the readme :)

    There are upgrade scripts I believe, but the readme describes it. If for some reason you don't have the readme included with the package, you'll be able to find the necessary info on vbulletin.com
