    Hello

    unique situation here

    we host one site for free with the agreement were allowed to have our google ads on there pages, 270 plus pages on the site

    we also own 4 sites with google ads on them as well

    we are only selling the 4 sites with domain names that we own and let you host the site that were hosting for free so you can replace our google ads with yours

    1 year of stats are showing 350,000k plus unique hits

    google revenue shows a 169$ per month

    I assume that there really isn't any guarantee that the owner won't pick up and find their own host?
