    You might want to change your circle of friends from TOS abusers to legitimate webmasters, then:) Everyone I know uses AdSense as #1 ads provider and no one I know apart of terms of service abusers got banned.

    Hell, my payment for this month from them is $1200, no other individual advertiser makes even 1/3 of the amount for me.
