$3.00 for 1 minute worth of work- javascript

    I have a page where the javascript is not displaying correctly. It's maybe 5 lines of code and can be found here at http://www.ambien-online.us/apply.htm

    I'll paypal the first guy to pm me with the code so the html actually displays in the browser.

    Pm me the working code and I'll pay immediately.

    is wrong , check the last line, the code is not even terminated .

    LeadForm is not even defined in the form.js

    where did u got that code from ?
