    Ok, a little more info - monthly traffic is a little over 100 visitors. It ranks on page #1 in Google for "how to select a house", "steps to closing on a house" and other similar terms. Buy it for $120 and I'll throw another PR1 / 2yr old site with unique content (home buyer polls dot com - remove the spaces) for free.
