    For sale is a 2yr old health niche based website. It has 16 articles written and posted on it. Sale comes with all site content, social media and premium theme.

    Why are you selling this site?
    I'm selling because i have no time to manage or expand this site. I have too many other projects to take care of right now. Hoping to find the right owner for the site as well

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense, amazon its up to you. Pls assume no revenue as i do not monetize it or have time to manage it.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Yes it has a fb page with over 1,200 likes but it not active as i dont manage it

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Few hours to days per month, it depends on your own free time and needs.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Getting new and fresh content is the main challenge. You need to update with good quality content. The domain is aged so it can easily be ranked given the right links and content.
