    please guide me i m from pakistan and the 2nd time i cant recive my pin now is going my 3rd what can i do is there any alternative for remove holds from my adsense account i have a passport can i use him to send him to remove holds,help me :(

    hmm Change your address to something else where ur relative or friends live
    and then request for PIN.

    change ur address now if u will not receive then one chance left which means u should request Secured delivery ( DHL ) after paying 10$ cost.

    I'm having the same problem in England, although I think it's mostly because of the postal strike we have here, good luck getting your pin, as others have said, try changing your address :D
