2nd time pin has not recived

please guide me i m from pakistan and the 2nd time i cant recive my pin now is going my 3rd what can i do is there any alternative for remove holds from my adsense account i have a passport can i use him to send him to remove holds,help me

 

hmm Change your address to something else where ur relative or friends live
and then request for PIN.

 

change ur address now if u will not receive then one chance left which means u should request Secured delivery ( DHL ) after paying 10$ cost.

 

Make sure that the address is correct if not then try to change the address

 

I'm having the same problem in England, although I think it's mostly because of the postal strike we have here, good luck getting your pin, as others have said, try changing your address
