I feel Digital Point is no more safe place to do business.

1st time I have paid $700 to moresa to purchase website. he didnt transfer website and never paid back. ( i have sent 5 time emails to shawn, but he never replied. also sent emails to moderaters , but they also didnt replied.)

now 2nd time i got scammed by nick (IYSGS) , he charged $28.5 didnt worked and didnt return the money ( I have given negative feedback to this person, he return negative feedback to me)

I feel no one cares about eathics here. even owner of this website as well.

I know they could block my account for speaking the truth, but i dont care because i dont want to get ripped of by someone else from digital point.

Its because they don't indulge in personal problems over here. Its a members work to to check everything before they do business with someone here or anywhere online.

And don't worry you won't be blocked for saying this. :)

People are loosing the money and you cant even block account of frauds?

People are doing fraud and leave negative feedbacks on innocent buyer, is it fair?

I know its not your responsibility to get our money back, but you could atlest try to stop scammers so in future they cant scam to other buyers.

1st Purchase : Payment was made by Paypal. $380 paid by paypal directly and another $350 paid through credit card via paypal. My bank has helped me to recover $350 as it was paid by credit card.
While Paypal didnt helped as they dont help with chargeback for intangible items.

I had to make payment using different paypal accounts as $700 is big amount and diffiult to have that kind of balance in paypal. Paypal is the most accepted way to nake payment. Most of the Buyers & Sellers has paypal account and they prefer paypal. Thats why i used paypal.

But now, I am using credit card for further transactions due to this kind of problems. my 1st fraud seller "moresa" scammed another guy as well for same website. he is still active on digital point looking of easy money.

Escrow is actually the third party who hold the money. The buyer pay to escrow, they hold the money until the buyer confirm they already receive the goods/service.

This is not the fault of DP or its mods.
Put yourself in their shoes. How would you judge
who is on the fault? They're not GOD!

I agree that you need to use escrow with large transaction.
Unfortunately it's easy to get scammed, but it won't happen using escrow.

The most important here is that before you do business with anyone on here you have to check the person out first.
