Guys Earlier I applied once with my site www.globalcashsite.net but my application was rejected with reason that I already have an account with AdSense that was disabled and that is true. Year before I opened one account and my account was disabled due to AutoSurf traffic. Now I want to apply again with different Payee and one of the following two sites: http://www.shahbazqadri.com http://www.ebooksparadize.com Please give me your opinion which site I should use to apply for Google AdSense? Which site is better to apply? Second do I need to change my ISP and PC for application or that does not matter? Help me please. GCS
You should have a decent amount of traffic to your site and your site should not violate adsense TOS. Just read them before you apply and it should be fine.
It is fine to apply adsense. If fail, what you need to do is correct the mistake and apply again. Website rejected and banned is different story. Rejected website can use to apply adsense again but banned website cant
Yeah they reject because they find some undone stuff in your website or not going along with thier TOS, so correct the mistakes and Re-apply.

Of the two, are the contents unique? If not, your application could be rejected once more. I think your first site has better chances (spiritual treatment)
