2nd Tier PPC Engines

In an attempt to increase traffic to a clients site which already uses Google, Yahoo and MSN, I have decided to try the 2nd tier engines. After spending an hour on this forum searching it seems all the 2nd tier PPC engines suck. Has anyone had a positive experience with a 2nd tier PPC engine? Or recommend one that I should stay away from? Thank you very much.

Miva and Goclick have been ok in certain aspects.

Ask stunk but that was a year ago.

Momma may be good but I never gave it much of a shot.

The rest are not worth exerting the energy to set up an account they stink that badly.

So a mixed bag again. It really seems like a crap shoot with the smaller engines.

    Hey SonicReducer,
I like the blog new blog at Directory Vault. Do you write for it?

I've tried many of the 2nd tier search engines and the traffic us very unreliable. One week i get conversions..then the next..i get zero conversions and end up throwing money away. Most large companies are just using Yahoo, Google and MSN.
I've tried and consistently get dissapointed with the other companies
