Well, 2nd and third tier networks can be anything. They are your choice to place them, completely. While some publishers put Tribal Fusion on top, some publishers have it last in their chain.
I was looking for 2nd, 3rd search engine not affiliates network for PPC or CPM. Sorry about the confusing -_-
the first 4 that you listed don't do search. imo...just use the big 3 (google,yahoo,msn).anything else is a waste of time and money.
