My website has 2M unique visitors per month. The problem: - my visitors come from around the world - I can't use adsense - I cannot target my audience into groups Currently I'm using CPX and ValueClick but I'm a bit disappointed with the revenue as I also have to pay "staff" and servers. Any ideas how I could improve? Using other ad networks?

Won't tell Well... I know there are many networks but most of them are only paying pennies. My experience so far... I have currently an average of $0.1 cpm. CPX only $0.06.

Maybe he 's scared that with 2 million users we will break the site? Seriously though I don't know the niche so I can't say but with that kind of traffic (if its human) then I would be selling something somewhere directly.
You could try running a variety of CPA offers from an affiliate network on an ad rotator and see what converts. You would probably have to geotarget somewhat to determine which offers to show which visitors, but it would probably be worth it. Then, run the cheap cpm stuff if you don't have any cpa offers to show.
I still don't understand why sites with that kind of traffic don't sell their own product or service. advertisers are kind of middlemen. they pay you because they can make more money than they pay you form the customer buying a product. SO I would have both.
I have to agree with the general consensus. What you are referring to is the dream of every seller/supplier/broker of website traffic. A site with 2 million established visitors and needing a fair price and a way to sell them. Even though it is not what it used to be in the realm of profit margin pricing; Ebay is still a solid source to move your traffic or at least get your foot in the door. Many different avenues of approach to that as locating resellers,affiliate,sales agents(My personal favorite) thru Ebay and allowing them the ability to handle the sale to their clients for you. Private ads in webmaster or free forums/classifieds(Craigslist) Sell direct and keep control over your ROI as far as profit VS site/marketing expenses to keep that 2,000,000. Last thought--if you want a better price be ready to accept offers and discuss pricing/options when you post cause I promise you--people are gonna want to talk buying.
Dude you could make a killing off your site with 2M visitors! Just sign up for one of those general CPA offers like teeth whitening or weight loss and I guarantee you will be rich in a few months time.

I will never name my site. Sorry guys. It was my dream to build a website with 2M visitors as well and I thought I would be rich when I have it. Well, reality is different... I make enough money to live without working for it (ok, that's already pretty cool ) but I'm far away from being rich. Even though my visitors are real humans the quality of traffic is pretty bad: - only 50% European/US Traffic - not keywords specific I think the market works well (supply and demand) for ads on the internet and as the supply is very high compared to the demand, the price is generally low. It's different if you have quality traffic with $$$ keywords.
Yea thats a great Idea! Sounds like to me you have the hardest parts figured out! Why your not making more money is kind of funy. But whatever the case maybe. You have to keep working with it and fine tuning it until you reach your desired goal , amount , outcome or income. But congrats. If you really are geting that many hits a day.
If it was regular traffic, I'd consider building out an in-house ad program and sell direct - screw the middle man and keep the profits and make double or even triple what you would be getting with a network. Seriously, once the work of getting the system up and in place it's all automated and you can just chill while the ad cash comes in.
CPA networks can work great for you. Even if your website is adult then also you can choose other CPA offers related to adult or maybe cam affiliates.
I'm sorry but I am not really buying that you have a mysterious website with 2 million visitors a month and no way to make any money. If you can get that many visitors then you could convert it. Sorry... show us the website or it is impossible to believe you. I'd like to though.
Are you currently earning with this traffics?It's great to hear your bunch of visitors in a month and i guess it deserve big earnings.
