    Hey Guys,

Already a few PM's about individual prices: As I have the auction set for ALL the sites (4 of them) I am not selling them individually at this moment - i might if they don't sell as a lot... it's $800 (reserve for everything).

I have grown bored in this niche and have too many sites to manage, so I am selling all my current sites, one is a popular celebrity news and pic site, another is a Justin Bieber fan site, a 2leep/Wahoha Clone and a Pinterest Clone, so there's 4 sites in Total... I need funds for a big project!!

    Celebrity site:

I have cleaned the site up with a nice theme, a few custom mods (purchased), fixed dead links and majority of dead/lost images, applied some seo and added a lot of new posts, so this is ready for a take over to go to next step, the traffic is on the up:

    Site: http://www.beautifulgirls1.com/
Pages indexed (fluctuates): 18000+ Proof: https://www.google.com/search?&q=site:www.beautifulgirls1.com
    Alexa: Is on rise...
Unique visitors: About 20000 in past month.
Page Views: About 60000 in past month.
Made from ad's: I don't monetize my sites, I buy sites/blogs, clean them up, get traffic and re-sell/flip them.
Number of posts: 3824 Posts and a lot of attachment pages and galleries (as seen by indexed pages).
Traffic: All natural traffic, some Facebook, some from social bookmarks, majority/bulk from search engines.

    Justin Bieber:

Again I have cleaned the site up with a nice theme, a few custom mods (purchased), fixed dead links and majority of dead/lost images, applied some seo and added a lot of new posts, so this is ready for a take over to go to next step, the traffic is on the up:

    Site: http://justinbieberphoto.org
Pages indexed (fluctuates): 1600+ Proof: https://www.google.com.au/search?&q=site:justinbieberphoto.org
    Alexa: Is on rise...
Unique visitors: About 20000 in past month.
Page Views: About 40000 in past month.
Made from ad's: I don't monetize my sites, I buy sites/blogs, clean them up, get traffic and re-sell/flip them.
Number of posts: 216 Posts and a lot of attachment pages and galleries (as seen by indexed pages).
Traffic: All natural traffic, some Facebook, some from social bookmarks, majority/bulk from search engines.

    Pinterest Clone:

    Site: http://www.trollmeme.com/
Licensed script worth a few hundred dollars: as seen here in the showcase... http://pinterestclones.com/showcase (first site on list)
Cool start up site, not a lot of traffic, but it has the "potential" - pinterest and meme's are extremely popular.

    Wahoha/2Leep clone:

    Site: http://www.gimpunit.com/
Licensed script: worked with the developer to apply some personalized mods, which cost about $200 with the mod's etc, just needs some loving now, again the focus was with meme's...

So let's recap: you get two established sites with a combined 1500 unique visitors per day (about 5000 page views per day) and two start up sites worth about $400 for the scripts and mods, that are licensed and cool!

Very big sites, as in file size, wordpress and the above mentioned scripts, I would suggest hosting with hostgator (where it is currently) so that they can move the sites to new server for free and swiftly. That's up to you where you host, payment via paypal, most of the domains are with Godaddy...

Price (reserve) is $800 for the lot... (I paid $200 for Pinterest clone), $200 for 2Leep Clone (with $100 for mod's) & I originally paid $170 each for the celeb sites (with about $20 on each for custom menus plugin) - so I have paid close to $800 alone for sites and scripts, and not to mention the work, domains, hosting etc.

Well the two blogs combined will get about 1500 UV and 6000 PV per day, what's that... about $3 - $5 per day... Barely worth it to be honest, I generally wait until I have about 5-10k unique visitors (daily) and then it's worth it. The extra $100 per month doesn't interest me - it's chicken feed and I prefer to retain the visitors... The other two sites get 20-50 visits per day each & that's not worth monetizing. I usually buy a site or two and flip them after 3 months - once I have established, fixed and have them running smooth and that's how i make money online. Saves me piss farting around with publishers, terms of service, ad codes, placements and all that shit.

I'd be interested in the Bieber site but it looks like that site can't show Adsense ads, for whatever reason.

I am not sure to be honest... I have a few Selena Gomez pics there to and they're on the NSFW side of things, and then there's the images/just images in posts - to my knowledge you can't have Adsense in image galleries? maybe they are a few of the issues.
