2leep and other traffic exchanges

Is it just me or do they all seem to suck? You send quality traffic and get back mainly traffic from Brazil/Indonesia... They advertise 150-300% return but if remove all the foreign traffic (that often just bounces right away) you seem to really be only getting 20-40% of what you send.

Are there any systems that are popular and have geographic targeting?

 

Yeah I would like to know that as well.

 

As an update, Wahoha and their traffic seem a lot better. I would recommend them over other sites I've checked out so far.

According to one of the guys, they are also rolling out geographic targeting sometime in the next week as well.

 

Went to Elephant Traffic and looked around...Arggh, hate it when you can't see the price without signing up. >.<

 

2leep only gives 4% return of traffic.
